A workshop
Whilst exploring my own journal during therapy it got me onto thinking about how many journals show your true self. I decided to create an anonymous installation including strangers journals showing their most intimate emotions and memories. Acetate, fishing wire, wood, ink and acrylic paint. Dimensions variable - 2021
The process started with my past memories of being homeless and how it had led me to where I am today. All originally made from cardboard but with clay laid on top. Acrylic paint, masking tape and cardboard. 60cm X 55cm. 2022. Floor-based work.

Recreation
Watercolour painting - 2022
Grief played a big part of my life in the year 2020. I had to set specific routines and to do lists just to enable myself to do the most basic day to day tasks. Creating this piece was a kind of goodbye to those I lost. 2021-22 - Canvas, thread, acrylic paint, table and chair.
An archival artwork restoration. Originally created by my own mother and kept by myself to pass along to my children. But after finding out that I'm possible to be infertile I knew I needed to get this house from rotting away in my grandmothers shed and just be with it for a while. 2023
